This policy describes how Tripova collects, uses, and shares information. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Tripova application for iOS. We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be presented as required by applicable law.
Tripova is a travel planning application. We may process account identifiers and authentication data; profile information you provide; trip-related content you create; device permissions you grant (such as location and notifications); and technical data necessary to operate and improve the Service.
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Tripova; sync your data across devices; deliver features you request (including optional AI itinerary assistance); communicate per your notification settings; and comply with legal obligations.
If you use Trip Optimizer or related AI features, content you provide may be transmitted to Tripova’s infrastructure and model providers. AI outputs are suggestive only. Do not submit payment card numbers, government IDs, or passwords through AI features.
We use Supabase for sign-in and sync; Unsplash for destination images; Apple services (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, MapKit, WeatherKit) under Apple’s policies; and other services with only the minimum data each request needs.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Tripova does not receive your full payment card number. Subscription status may be associated with your account to unlock Premium functionality.
You may delete your account in Tripova Settings, subject to limited retention for security or legal compliance. You may change location and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.
